FAQ
Do we need Migration & Setup if we're a brand-new business with no existing mailboxes?
No — if there's nothing to migrate, a lighter tenant setup (DNS, security baseline, user provisioning) is enough. Call us and we'll scope it appropriately rather than charge for a migration you don't need.
What counts as "up to 25 users" for the hardening package?
It covers migrating and provisioning up to 25 mailboxes. Larger organizations are quoted as a custom project based on mailbox count and data volume.
Is Managed Microsoft 365 required, or can we self-manage after setup?
It's optional. Many clients handle day-to-day administration themselves after the initial setup and only use us for the licensing. Managed Microsoft 365 is for teams who want an ongoing help desk and security oversight without hiring in-house IT.
Can you migrate us from Google Workspace, not just another Microsoft tenant?
Yes. Cross-platform migration (Google Workspace, other IMAP/POP mail providers, on-premises Exchange) is included in scope for both the Migration & Setup and Tenant Setup & Security Hardening packages.
